These terms and conditions are addressed to both consumers and entrepreneurs using the Online Service, unless a given provision states otherwise. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are not intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights granted under mandatory provisions of law.
The store offers products and creative services performed by cooperating artists.
Each product or service has a description, price, and information regarding fulfillment.
Products made to order may differ slightly from the examples shown because they are created by hand.
The prices shown in the store are gross prices (unless stated otherwise).
Orders may be placed by selecting a specific service or product available in the online store or via the form available on the website in the Contact section.
In the case of custom services, the client is required to provide materials necessary for the fulfillment of the order (e.g. reference photos).
After placing an order, the client receives confirmation of order acceptance by electronic means.
The Creator may ask the client for additional reference materials if the materials provided by the client are insufficient to complete the work.

Orders are shipped for a fee via courier companies.
The store offers domestic and international shipping.
The delivery cost is provided during the ordering process.
The delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected carrier.
Products created to the client's individual order are not subject to return, in accordance with applicable law.
The client undertakes to provide high-quality materials (e.g. clear photos) enabling the order to be completed.
The Creator retains artistic freedom in the interpretation of reference materials where necessary.
After the Creator completes the work, the client has the right to propose one correction whose execution will not take the artist longer than 15 minutes. In the case of more substantial corrections, the Creator has the right to price them as an additional amount.
The Creator has the right to refuse corrections to their work if they could significantly affect the aesthetics of the drawing (e.g. leave an imprint on the paper).
The client has the right to submit a complaint in the event of:
The complaint should be submitted by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the product to [email protected].
For ready-made products, the client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment (except for products made to order).
All works available in the store are protected by copyright law.
The purchase of a product does not mean the transfer of copyright, unless this has been expressly specified in the agreement.
Copying, reproduction, or use of the works without the creator's consent is prohibited.
Customers' personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and contacting the client.
The store undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.
The store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
Changes to the terms and conditions do not affect orders placed before their introduction.
In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
As part of the service's operations, Wydawnictwo Maieutica functions with the purpose of publishing and promoting literary works.

Submitting a work is not equivalent to its acceptance for publication.

In the event of a positive decision by the publishing house, the terms of cooperation, including the rules of publication, distribution, and any remuneration for the author, are determined individually in a separate agreement.
Submitting a text to the publishing house does not automatically transfer copyright to the publishing house.
The publishing house undertakes to respect copyright and the confidentiality of submitted materials.
