How to submit a book

To submit your text to the publishing house:

• prepare your book file in PDF format
• make sure it includes the title and author's name or pseudonym
• send the file to [email protected] with your contact details

You can also use the contact form available on the website.

What happens after submitting the text?

After receiving your submission:

• we review the submitted material
• we conduct an internal evaluation of the text
• if we are interested in publication, we contact the author

If your book becomes part of Maieutica's catalog, we will work together to give it its final form – from text editing to graphic design and publication.

How to prepare the text file?

The file should contain:

• book title
• author's name or pseudonym
• book content
• optionally a brief description or summary

You can also add brief information about the author.

Text formatting

Please use simple and readable formatting:

• standard Times New Roman font
• font size 12 pt
• line spacing 1.5
• left-aligned or justified text
• A4 document format

Professional typesetting is not required – text readability is what matters.

Illustrations and additional materials

Graphic design can be ordered separately on our website.

If the book already contains illustrations or graphics:

• they can be placed in the file where they should appear
• or sent as separate graphic files

In case of book publication, the final graphic layout is determined during typesetting.

Copyright

By submitting a text to the publishing house, the author declares that:

• they are the author of the submitted work or have the rights to distribute it
• the work does not infringe on the rights of third parties

Sending the file does not mean transferring copyright to the publishing house.
